Prize Giving

On Sunday in the afternoon my family and I went to our league prize giving. Before the prize giving started we had to have our photos taken, then everyone sat down to start the prize giving. The coaches came up one by one to hand out the certificates and trophies. Then it came to the under the under 12's which is my age group. I got the most improved trophy I was so happy. After the prize giving we went swimming at the pools and we had a lot of fun!

Spelling Bee

The librarians of the Blackball Site of Paparoa Range School organised a Spelling Bee for the whole school. It was the first spelling bee to be held at the school. This took place on the 26th of August. It was very successful. There were many prizes including books, stationery, stickers and school bags. We got people engaged in spelling.
